Shine Kogei's lubrication and sliding coatings use coating materials blended with phenolic compounds and molybdenum disulfide to enhance the sliding properties of materials, prevent seizure, and reduce noise. These coatings are primarily applied to inconspicuous parts such as bearings, pistons, cylinders, and bolts/nuts, but they add high added value to essential components in factory equipment. We encourage you to give it a try. ◆ Inquiries ◆ When making an inquiry, it would be helpful to provide the following information for a smoother process: 1. Properties of the substrate to be coated (material, shape, size, etc.) 2. Purpose of the coating (e.g., non-stick, chemical resistance, sliding properties, etc.) 3. ふっ素のすべり性とPEEKの耐摩耗性を融合。強靭なPEEKマトリクスにふっ素樹脂を均一分散した特殊摺動グレードです。

自動化・高速化が進む製造現場において、摺動部の「すべり性」と「耐摩耗性」の両立は重要な課題です。優れた滑性を与えるふっ素樹脂コーティングは、塗膜が柔らかく高負荷環境では摩耗や傷つきが早いという弱点がありました。一方、耐摩耗性や耐熱性に優れるPEEKコーティングは、摩擦係数がやや高く「もっと滑りを良くしたい」という要求に一歩及ばないケースがありました。 ■PEEKCOAT Gグレードとは？本製品は、当社の高機能PEEKコーティングシリーズの特殊摺動グレードです。 ■PEEKマトリックスに分散した固体潤滑剤強靭なPEEK樹脂の中に「少量の固体潤滑剤（ふっ素樹脂）」を均一に分散。ふっ素樹脂単体のような容易な摩耗・剥がれを防ぎつつ、通常のPEEKコーティングを大きく上回る低摩擦特性を実現しました。高荷重・高速摺動に耐え、初期の優れたすべり性能を長期間維持します。「ふっ素の寿命が短くて困っている」「PEEKの耐久性は魅力だが滑り性がほしい」という現場に最適なソリューションです。
